Accounting User Access Control

 

This screen allows you to:

Add, change or delete a user’s access.  It will allow you to limit or expand a user’s ability to move throughout the system.

 

Before you begin:

Choose the Control File from the Files Menu.  Then select User Access Control

 

Users allowed to xxx: [Add], [Delete] or [Show]

[Add]:  To add a user, click the [Add] button and a list of users will be displayed.  Double-click the user to give the user access.

[Delete]: To delete a user, click the [Delete] button and double-click the user to remove the privilege.

[Show]:  Click the [Show] button to view a list of users allowed to do xxx.
