This screen allows you to:
Change the status of a unit from "Active" to "Inactive". The active status is for all units that are booked or that you want to be able to book reservations in. Typically "active" units are in your program. Typically, inactive units are properties that have left your program but you believe you will have them under contract again. Inactive units cannot be booked. Once a unit is made inactive it will not be counted towards the unit level.
Inactive units must be deleted from the system using this screen.
Before you begin:
Go to the Utilities Menu of the RMS Main Menu. Select the Activate/Inactivate Units option from the Utilities Menu.
To Do:
Click [Activate] to select a unit that is inactive and make it active. The unit number may be typed in or click on the [Select] button and select it from the list of inactive units. Inactive units may be also be deleted from this screen by clicking the [Delete] button once a unit is selected.
Click [Inactivate] to select any unit that is active and make it inactive. The unit number may be typed in the text box or click the [Select] button and select a unit from the list of active units.
[Exit] or [Continue]:
Click [Exit] to leave the screen.
Click [Continue] to process the unit selected.
