This screen allows you to:
Add, change or delete a security deposit on a reservation.
Before you begin:
On the Reservations Maintenance Menu select the Add, Change or Delete Security Deposit option. The Reservation Maintenance Menu is located on the Reservations Menu.
Prompt descriptions:
Resv #:
Enter the reservations number of the reservation you want to work with.
RMS will display reservation information: arrival and departure dates, date balance due and date reservation was made, name and address of guest, status, section and location and who made the reservation.
Security deposit amount:
Edit the security deposit by clicking in the white text box and changing the values.
Operator’s initials:
Enter from the list of initials on file. This information is required.
