This option will perform several tasks to any units that have been entered into the system using the File Maintenance Menu, Unit File option. You must run this option before the new unit can be used in the reservation process. Upon choosing this option the system will automatically determine unit level and number of active units as well as all units that need to be added to the system and process them if unit level allows. The process includes creating a date tracking record for the unit and merging the units search fields (section, location, number of bedrooms, will accept packages and user search fields) into the search matrix. Once this process has occurred, the unit will then be denoted as processed and will not be processed again when this option is chosen. For example, if you added two new units to the system and choose this option, two units would be processed. If you then immediately choose this option again, no units would be processed.
