This option allows you to move current billed work orders from the current work order file to the archived work order file. Often you may keep work orders in the current file for up to a year, this enables you to easily see the history of work on a unit; however, when too many old work orders are associated to a unit it may be desired to move the older work orders to archive. Archived work orders can still be viewed or printed, they are just not shown in a current work order view (the most common view method). The time frame of the work orders kept in the current file is determined by using this option.
