Before you begin:
Choose the Reports option from the Main Menu.
Choose Unit Reports> Available Nights/Occupancy menu.
Available Nights Report
The number of nights available will display as well as percentage of available nights of the dates entered. Total available nights, weeks and percent displays. Total units, possible nights and possible weeks displays for the dates entered.
Occupancy Report
Total Occupied nights, weeks and percent displays for dates entered. Total units, possible nights and possible weeks for dates entered displays/prints.
Total Nights Booked Available
The nights booked compared to the nights available displays/prints in this report.
Total Nights Booked and available with average prices
The nights booked compared to nights available displays/prints along with the average pricing for the time period including rent and other charges. Owner reservations display as $0.
