This option allows you to change the values you have assigned to a units’ search fields. The search fields are the units’ section, location, number of bedrooms, accept packages and the user search fields. Once a unit has been added to the system, using the Utilities Menu, Add Units to System option, you cannot change the units’ search fields using the File Maintenance, Unit File option, you must use this option. After entering in the unit number to change, the system will show you the units search fields and allow you to modify them. Once you have changed all the fields needed, choose the Process option and the system will update the search matrix with the new information.
