This account is an income account. If you are charging the departure cleaning to the owner the money will be posted to this account. The cleaning amount can be posted to each reservation using the Post Cleanings option from the Reservation Maintenance option from the Reservation Menu. The cleaning amount is subtracted from the owners gross at statement time. Money is not posted into this account until the Finalize Statements and Print Checks option is run. If you do not charge the owner for the reservation departure cleaning, you will not use this account.
