When the cleaning vendors log in, they will see a list of reservations that they can mark as 'Clean' (on the 'Reservations to clean' tab) and 'Ready to arrive' (on the 'Arrival reservations' tab). They can print these reservations if desired.
To report on which units need cleaning in-house, you may print the RMS > Reports > Cleaning/Equipment > Cleaning Work Orders report (sorted by vendor, if desired). Note that this report also has a 'Include only not clean' option, which, when checked, will tell the report to ONLY print units/reservations that have not yet been set to clean (either online or in-house).
To set a unit/reservation as clean/not clean from within RMS, simply to go Main Menu > Reservation View > Reservation Maintenance (top menu) > Assign reservation cleaning vendor and select 'YES/NO' for the 'Is unit clean?' field. Note that you may also override the Unit Cleaning vendor from this screen.
The Property Manager may want to designate themselves or someone in Housekeeping as a ‘Super Vendor’. RMS has the ability to create 'Super Vendors', which see all reservations/units assigned to all vendors (as opposed to normal vendors, which only see the reservations assigned to them). Let us know if you are in need of this feature.
Departure Cleaning Notes and Arrival Cleaning Notes may appear on your Vendors login screen. This gives the office staff the ability to enter a note that will display immediately under the reservation departure line that the vendor sees in their portal.
