This account is an income account. It is used to reflect the income you have received for commission. Commission is automatically calculated when the reservation is made and is a percentage of the rental rate charged the reservation. Commissions are posted to this account during the Finalize and Print Checks option on the Owners Report Menu. If you wish to determine your commissions prior to the reservations being "earned" you can run the Commission Report on the Management Reports Menu.
