This report is accessed via the Final Instructions Letter option on the Reservation Reports Menu.
It is not required that this report be used.
All equipment rented for the reservation will be printed on this letter.
The body of the Equipment Confirmation letter is user
defined using the Utilities Menu, User Designed Reports option.
