This report is used for...
Reporting the reservations that are departing within a requested range of dates. This report is printed on an as needed basis.
This report is normally printed at the end of the day showing the following day's departures or at the beginning of the day for the current day. It is often noted on this report whether the guest has departed and therefore the unit is ready to be cleaned.
You may print this report as often as is needed. It is usually best to not print this report too far in advance, because it will become outdated as reservation information changes.
A ‘P’ will print after the departure date if there is another reservation booked that day. The ‘P represents a priority cleaning.
This report can be printed in sequence of section and then within section in sequence of departure date. This means that reservations will first be grouped based on their unit's section. Then the reservations within each section group will be arranged in sequence of their departure date. Also this report can be printed in sequence of section and then in sequence of reservation name, or in sequence of departure date and then in sequence of reservation name.
