Email

 

RMS E-mail allows RMS users to e-mail some RMS reports to the guests and owners e-mail address.  Whenever a name and address is added to the Resort Management System, an e-mail address or addresses may also be added.  The system can be set to automatically send e-mails, see auto-correspondence, or when the non-processed reports are finalized.  RMS users who do not use either of these methods can send e-mail via the View Reservation Screen.  E-mails may also be sent using Reservation Maintenance, Change Reservation Non-processed Reports.

 

Most of the settings for RMS E-mail will be stored in the Control File, E-mail Information screen.  

 

An option called "E-mail" appears on your Reports menu.  A log is available of all outgoing email.

When e-mail is installed the [Prt/Email] button on the Reservation View screen gives you access to an additional e-mail option that appears after the user chooses the report to print or e-mail.
