This screen allows you to:
Change the Control File settings shown.
Before you begin:
Choose the File Maintenance option from the Main Menu, and choose the Control File option. Then choose the E-mail Information.
Blind CC: recipients (s):
Enter the e-mail addresses of who should receive copies of all e-mail. This address will not be disclosed to the recipient.
All Booked Confirmation attachments:
Enter the document, picture or item to send out with all
booked reservation confirmation e-mails. An attachment is not
required. Enter the full file path and file name to include ( example:
C:\attachments\attach1.txt) or click [Select] to browse to the
file. Click [Done] when finished.
Booked Conf. attachments additional:
Enter the document picture or item to send out with the Booked Confirmation if an item is not already specified in the unit file.
Click [Select] and then choose the file you would like to add to all e-mails, or enter the full file path such as the drive location and the attachment.
Guest License attachments:
Enter the document, picture or item to send out with all Guest License e-mails. Do this by entering the full file path such as the drive location, folder and the attachment or
Click [Select] and then choose the item you would like to accompany all e-mails.
Outgoing SMTP server:
Enter the name of the server given to you by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) that allows you to send mail.
Account name:
Enter the name for the e-mail account you have already set up with your ISP.
Account password:
Enter the password you use for your current e-mail account.
Default sender name:
The name you want to use as the sender.
Email File location:
This will be where your e-mail file resides. RMS sets this value
