The Equipment File is used to define any equipment, such as a bicycle or crib that you have available for rental. To post a rental to a reservation use the Ordering Equipment option on the Reservation Menu. Equipment can also be ordered when a reservation is made. Reports showing what equipment needs to be delivered and/or picked up can be printed by choosing the Equipment Reports option from the Report Menu.
