Fill Unit Address Utility

 

The Unit Address Utility will fill out the expanded address fields available in the unit file. Follow the steps below to run the utility.

 

1. Enter any detailed information in the Unit File such as specific street address if required.
2. Enter information to fill empty fields in the Control File>File Maintenance Miscellaneous.
3. Go to Utilities from the top menu bar of RMS.

4. Choose the Advanced option.

5. Choose Form.

6. Key in FILLUADR, then press <Enter>.

7. You will be prompted as to how you want the Unit Address handled. "Yes" you want to use the Unit Address 1 for the expanded property address or "No" you want to replace it with the information entered in the detailed, expandable address.

8. You will then be asked if you want to overwrite existing address information and use what is entered for the utility, click "Yes" to overwrite any previously entered address info and click "No" if you only want to fill in empty fields when you run the utility.

9. Check that all information is what you want.

10. Click Continue, Continue with Process "Yes"
