1.The Primary Contact information is required. To enter Primary Contact info go to to Files > Control File > Company Information.

2. Unit Extended Address information. You have the ability to fill each Unit’s extended address information fields using a utility called FILLUADR. To use this utility:
i. Enter information into the Detailed Address defaults field in Files
Control File > File Maintenance Miscellaneous.
ii. Ensure that the Use Property Address for Unit Address 1 is set to either
Yes or No. This value sets the corresponding field in the FILLUADR
utility to either Yes or No, which tells the utility to by default either use
the value in the unit’s property address field or leave it untouched.
iii. Go to Utilities (top dropdown menu) > Advanced Utilities > Form >
type FILLUADR > hit Enter. Note that you must close all open units
prior to running this utility.
