Before you begin:
The Golf Change Report is located on the Golf Maintenance Menu. Go to the Reservation Maintenance Menu and then choose Golf Maintenance to access this option. Other golf reports are available on the Reservation Reports Menu, Tee Time reports option.
The Golf Change Report will print out a list of any new or changed golf items since the report was last finalized. This gives the golf coordinator a list of which reservations need tee times.
Report Description:
Resv#: The reservation the golf item will be charged to is listed first on the report.
Type: This indicates a change addition or cancellation in the golf items ordered since the last report. Once you finalize the report, only new or changed items will appear on the list.
Equipment Item Ordered: Your golf equipment item description will print out in this column.
Delivery: The Delivery Date will print on the Golf Change Report.
Pickup: The pick up date will print on the Golf Change Report.
Qty: How many golf items will be charged to the reservation is included.
Amount: The dollar amount to be charged to the reservation will print out.
Booked: Number of golf items left to be booked is indicated in this column. If it is blank, all have been booked.
