You will find many answers to your question in the RMS help files.  RMS Help includes a Table of Contents to help you find what you are looking for.  You may also choose the Index tab and enter in key words to look up information.  Throughout the RMS help files you will find text that is in green.  Click on the text that is in green, such as AMS, to "jump" to more information about that word or concept.  Buttons like this one   See Also How to Reach Advanced Management Systems

RMS Website:

An option to link directly to the RMS Website is available.

Live AdvancedCare:

An option to link to Live AdvancedCare is available.  Please call the office for an appointment to talk to a technician using this site.

 View Release RMS Locks:

This option allows you to run a utility that shows you all locks in place in the system.  You can manually delete locks.  WARNING:  Locks are important for keeping your data safe.  Necessary locks should not be deleted.

System Notes:

System Notes allows technical support to track which updates have been installed to your RMS.  Entries will be made automatically during installation of new files.  System Notes will only be read not modified.

 

About RMS:

Information about your Resort Management System will display.   The version of RMS you are using as well as your serial number and console number display. Unit level is listed.  What type of system you have is indicated by which modules are activated.  The Version will also reflect the date of the last software update made to your system.  You may check for updates using the link on this screen.  When finished click the [OK] button or exit using the [X] at the top right of the window.
