If your checks are not printing properly but they have printed properly before check your printer settings. From the RMS Main menu, horizontal menu options>Go to Optimum>System Functions>Printer default Fonts and Spacing. Your fonts should be Courier New, Base Font Size is 10, Vertical Pitch is 6 LPI.
Once this is set properly go to Control File>Accounting Information>General Accounting>Type of checks to use. Choose your appropriate check format and click Test Print.
If your checks are still not aligned properly, call RMS support for assistance in a custom adjustment.
