Linen/Supplies/Labor Report

 

This report is used for...

Reporting the quantity of linens, supplies and labor needed to clean dirty units that are within a requested range of dates.  Additional detailed linen information may be stored in the Unit Inventory file by clicking the ellipsis button […] to the right of the Linen Inventory on the Cleaning Info screen.

This report uses information from the Unit Inventory file.  If the Unit Inventory file is not used then this report will print only zeros. 

Only reservations that have departed within the requested departure dates will print on this report.  This report will print one line for each reservation that qualified to be on the report.  A total for each item needed will be printed for each departure date along with the total quantities needed for the entire date range requested.

Departure date:

This is the departure date for the reservation.  If a reservation is arriving on the same day in the same unit,  a 'P' will print to the right of this date.  This is to notify you that a priority cleaning is needed for this unit, normally these units would be cleaned first.

This is the sleeper sofa size field from the unit inventory file.
