This is an income account. This account is used only if the control file is set to automatically post both the debit and the credit for all work order entries. The system automatically posts all work order debits to the owner liability account. You may set the control file using the Control File option from the File Maintenance Menu to automatically post the credit for all work orders entered to this account. Most users prefer to not use this option and post the credit entries to various accounts.
