This screen allows you to:
Make a selection from the Management Reports Menu.
Before you begin:
Choose the Reports option from the Main Menu and then choose the Management Reports option from the Main Report Menu.
The report options are only briefly discussed in this chapter. Sample reports and a detail explanation of the report prompts are in Reports refer to the specific topic for additional information.

Commission Report:
Prints a listing of requested reservation types for a requested range of dates. This report shows the gross rental amount, commission earned, referral fee, equipment charges and amenity charges. This report can be used to project future earnings.
Advertising Report:
Allows you to select from the Advertising Reports Menu. These reports print a report for a requested range of dates showing the number of inquiries and bookings received for each advertising source.
Sales Tax Report:
Prints a report showing the sales tax collected for a period. This report is helpful when filling out your required sales tax reports.
Chart of Accounts Listing:
Prints a listing of all general ledger chart of accounts. Report can be sorted by account number or description.
Mailing List Report:
Prints a list of all entries in your mailing list file. This report is not normally run, as there could be many entries in this file.
Unit Gross Rental Report:
Prints a list of requested units and reservations within a time frame showing the gross rental amount, commission, cleaning charge, referral fee, credit card discount amount and net to owner.
Vendor Listing:
Prints a list of the Vendors from your Vendor file. You may select from state or specified GL account.
Other Charges:
Prints a list of other charges by key number.
