Reporting unit availability for a 31-day period. This report is printed on an as needed basis. It can be used to achieve maximum occupancy.
The Master Schedule, Date Information Report is used for determining what dates are booked and what dates are available for requested unit types. This report is convenient as an aid in moving reservations from one unit to another. You may print this report for any three-week period as often as is needed. If longer periods are needed, print the report more than once.
This report can be printed in unit number sequence or first by section and then within section by unit number. You can print all units, short-term units, long term units or units that allow both short and long term reservations. Date information and reservation information can be printed.
