Notes Information Screen 3

 

This screen allows you to:

Set up category codes, a description and status of your notes throughout the system.

Before you begin:

Choose Control File from the Files Menu.  Then select Notes Information, Screen 3.

Cat. for cancelled resv comment notes:

A category is required for cancelled reservations.

Create note for canc resv owner comment:

If you want the comment line written when canceling the reservation to appear in the notes select [Yes]

Create note for reason for cancellation:

If you want the reason for cancellation to pop with the notes when viewing the cancelled reservation select [Yes]

Cat. for security deposit refund notes:

Enter the reservation category to use for security deposit refund notes.

Crit status for sec dep refund resv note:

Select [Yes] or [No] regarding the status for the security deposit refund reservation note.

Cat for cancelled resv tee times system notes:

Enter the system notes category for cancelled reservation tee times system notes

Cat for change equip tee times system notes:

Enter the category of system note to use for equipment order change tee-time notes

Cat for new/changed/canc resv history:

Enter the reservation note category to use for new, changed and cancelled reservation history notes.

Create history note for new resv:

Select [Yes] to create a history note for all new reservations.

Select [No] to not create a history note for all new reservations.

Create history note for change resv:

Select [Yes] to create a history note for all changed reservations.

Select [No] to not create a history note for all changed reservations.

Create history note for canc resv:

Select [Yes] to create a history note for all cancelled reservations.

Select [No] to not create a history note for all cancelled reservations.

Resv category for lock notes:

Enter the reservation note category for lock notes.

Critical status for resv lock note:

Select [Yes] to create a critical reservation lock information note.

Select [No] to not create the reservation lock information note as critical.

Inquiry grades requiring a note:

Enter which inquiry grades(stored on mail record)  require a note.

Category for inquiry grade note:

Enter the note category for an inquiry grade note.

Crit status for inq grade note:

Select [Yes] to create specific inquiry grade note as critical status.
