Operator Initials File

 

The operators’ initials are stored in the Operators Initials File.  These initials can be required to complete the process of a reservation or a change of a reservation.  They can also be required when entering in an Owner Debit or Credit, an Accounting Work Order or the input of a Payment Received.  Such requirements can help you track the information entered into your RMS.  The settings for requiring initials are on Screen 2 of Miscellaneous Reservation Data located in the Control file.  Operators designated as unit managers in the Operators Initials File are assigned to units in the Unit Inventory File.
