Reporting work orders for distribution to the owner.
This report can be run when statements are printed. This method would print a work order for each work order listed on the owner statement. The prompt on the owner statement screen asks: Print final copy workorders? [Yes] or [No].
Various settings in the control file can control which fields are printed on the Final Copy Work Order.
To access this report choose the Owner Copy option on the Reports menu of the Maintenance system or set the Owner Statement Option to print the work orders as a part of the statement print process.
Work orders to print: [Enter work orders] or [Select]
You may enter a work order number.
Choose select to print or view a summary of work orders by date and status.
