Notifying owners that a reservation has occurred in their unit. This report is e-mailed or printed to be mailed to the owner.
Owner Notifications may be printed automatically when the Non-Processed Resv. Reports option is chosen on the Reservation Reports Menu. Control File >NonProcessed Reports determines the inclusion of this report. An owner notification will print for all new reservations that have been booked since the last time the Non-Processed Resv. Reports option was chosen. You can also print this report for individual reservations by choosing the Owner Notifications option on the Reservation Reports Menu.
The body of the Owner Notification is user defined using the Utilities Menu, User Designed Reports option.
The printing of the date is controlled by the setting in the Control File.
