This screen allows you to:
Change the Control File settings shown.
Before you begin:
Choose the Files option from the Main Menu, and choose the Control File option. Then choose Information to Print, Owner Statements Info to Print.
Unlike other sections of help, each screen item description will be discussed instead of each prompt. This is a slight variance from the normal explanation method and is done due to the uniqueness of the control file options. When modifying an item, click on the field to the right of the screen item and enter the new information.

Print company name on owner statement or number of lines to skip:
Enter the number of lines to skip if you use letterhead for owner statements or click ‘Yes’ for RMS to print the company name.
Print Phone Numbers on Owners Statement:
Choose ‘Yes’ to include the phone number on the owner statement report.
Choose ‘No’ if you do not want the company phone number on the owner statement.
Complimentary Reservation Text to Print:
This is the text that will print on the owner statement for a complimentary reservation. This text is printed on the reservation income detail line instead of the normal dollar values. A typical entry would be "Complimentary reservation per our leasing agreement".
Long Term Rentals on Owner Statement:
This sets the default for picking up long term reservations for the owner statement. If you pay out long term reservations in the same month you collect the rent, set this to a number. A number tells the system that long term reservations in the current month with an arrival less than or equal to the day entered should be reported onto the owner’s statement. Most long term reservations ‘arrive’ on the first. For example, if you set this option to ‘10’ then only the long term reservations that ‘arrived’ by the 10th would qualify to be on the statement, if a partial month long term reservation does not arrive until the 11th then the reservation would not print on the owner statement until the following month. When printing statements you can override this default. If set to ‘No Special’ the long term reservations will qualify for the statements the same as short term reservations, departures in the previous month.
Disclose Renter name on Disbursed Statements:
Click [Yes] to print the guest name on the disbursed owner statements.
Click [No] if you do not want to print the guest name on the owner statements.
Disclose # of Adults/children on Disbursed Statements:
Click [Yes] to print the number of adults and children on the disbursed owner statements.
Click [No] if you do not want tot print the number of adults or children on the disbursed owner statements.
Print monthly reservation summary at statement finalize:
Choose [Yes] if you do want to print the reservation summary after the owner statement finalize process.
Choose [No] if you do not want to print the reservation summary after the owner statements are finalized.
Print owner social security number:
Choose [Yes] if you do want to print the owner’s social security number on the owner statements.
Choose [No] if you do not want the social security number to print on the owner statements.
Statement availability notification report
Click the [Select] button and then choose from the list of Custom Owner Reports already created.
This report will be emailed to owners following the owner statement finalize process. This applies only to html owner statements.
Notify owners statements are avilable online
Choose [Yes] if you use RMS html online owner statements and want to email the report set in the previous option to go out after the finalize process.
Choose [No] if you do not use online owner statements.
