The Owner Portal is a separate web-based module from RMS that allows owners to log in to a website and view their properties availability calendar, statements, book an owner reservation in their unit (C, D, or CY).
Once the portal is installed, a link is given to the Vacation Rental Manager. This link may be distributed to the owners and or placed on the company website to allow owners to log in to see their statements, calendars, year to date totals or rent and nights booked and book a reservations. It is not required that the owner portal display all of these options. All of these views are optional. The website may be accessed with an ID and password on any pc or mobile device.
Online Owner Statements
Owner statements may be published to the Owner Portal and viewed online. It is required that your RMS be using html owner statements and that you are using the Owner Portal. Assistance is required for setting up html owner statements. Once the owner statements have been finalized RMS publishes the statements and sends an email notification to the owner that their statement is available for viewing online.
