This screen allows you to:
Reconcile the guest license agreement.
Before you begin:
Select the Reconcile Guest License option from the Reservation Maintenance Menu. The Reservation Maintenance Menu is located on the Reservations Menu.
It is not required that the guest license agreement be reconciled.
The date reconciled will be displayed when viewing a reservation and several reports can note whether the license agreement has been received.
Most of the information on this screen is discussed in the View Reservation section of this manual. Refer to this section for detailed information on the reservation information displayed.
You must retrieve the reservation you wish to work with by the reservation number or by name. Refer to the View Reservation section of this manual for a discussion on retrieving the reservation.
Once a reservation has been retrieved, the single prompt below is asked. This allows you to quickly reconcile many license agreements.
The current date is automatically used as the date reconciled.
Prompt descriptions...
Confirm Reconcile GLA? [Yes] or [No] or [Exit]:
Enter [Yes] or press <Enter> to reconcile that the guest license agreement has been received for this reservation. This updates the reservation and the system will return to the first prompt.
Enter [No] to not reconcile this reservation. This will exit the reservation and the system will return to the first prompt.
