Before you begin:
Select this option from the Golf Maintenance Menu located on Reservation Maintenance of the Reservation Menu. Tee Time Requests are created in User Designed Letters of the Utilities Menu. They may be used to confirm the booked tee time with the guest. Reconciling these forms means that the guest has picked up, seen or signed the form. The form may be reconciled in the Golf Maintenance Menu or on the View Reservation Screen. Once reconciled, the "No" opposite the [Tee time] button on the View Reservation Screen changes to the date you reconciled the Tee Time Request Form.
Current Resv#, [Current],[Cancelled] or [Archived]
Enter the current reservation number or enter a reservation number that was cancelled or archived. These options allow you to access information even if it was already cancelled or archived in the finalize process.
[Reconcile] or [Quit]
Once a reservation number is entered, the arrival and departure date will be displayed.
Click the [Reconcile] button with your mouse to reconcile the tee time request form.
Click the [Quit] button with your mouse if you do not want to reconcile the tee time request form for that reservation. You will be returned to the previous screen to enter another reservation number whose tee time request form you would like to reconcile.
[Exit]:
Click [Exit] when finished and you will be returned to the Golf Maintenance Menu.
