Recurring Fees File

 

This file is used to establish any standard charges that are to be, at some stated interval, posted as a charge to the owner statement.  It is not required that this file be used.  For example, a monthly pest control fee or quarterly management fee could be established in this file.  Once a recurring fee is established, using the Recurring Fees option on the Files Menu, you would then assign the fee to the units that are to be charged the fee (using the Unit File, Percents and Charges Tab).  The Post Recurring Fees option on the Accounting Menu is used to post the fees.  Recurring Fees File Menu.
