When a refund is due to the guest, and the guest has paid by credit card, the refund can be made from the reservation payment screen.
1 Retrieve the reservation.
2 Click the payments button at the bottom of the screen.
3 Choose the credit card refund option
4 Choose the card to refund to from the list of cards
5 Fill in the required information. (Operator’s initials, amount)
6 The amount to refund must be equal to or less than the original amount charged to the card chosen for the refund.
7 Process the refund from this screen by choosing OK.
8 If approved a Card Authorized box will appear, click OK
