Reports

 

The purpose of this section is to provide an overall view of the reports and their normal usage.  For detail information refer to the Reports chapter which contains an explanation of every report in the Resort Management System.

There are seven major report sections in the Resort Management System:

     Reservation Reports

     Cleaning and Equipment Reports

     Unit Reports

     Owner Reports

     Management Reports

     Custom Reports

     Maintenance Reports

     General Ledger Reports.

 

The first six listed are accessed via the Report Menu option from the Main Menu.  The maintenance reports are separate from the other reports because it is not required that the maintenance section be used.  To access the Maintenance reports select the Maintenance option on the Main Menu and then select the Maintenance Reports option. 

 

For security and ease of use, the General Ledger Reports are separate from the other reports.  To access the General Ledger reports select the Accounting Menu on the RMS Main Menu then select the General Ledger option from the Accounting Menu so access the submenu.
