Reservation Notes Menu

This screen allows you to:

Create, edit or delete notes that will appear or pop-up in the Reservation file when you view the reservation to which you have attached the note.

Before you begin:

Choose the Notes File option on the Files Menu and then select the Reservation File to work with.

The Notes File screen works the same regardless of the file the note is being attached to.  The only difference is the initial record prompt will request you to retrieve the record from the reservation file, unit file, mail list file, owner file, or workorders file.

The categories available for notes are established by using the Notes Information option on the Control File Menu. Default categories are established automatically during installation.  If you have problems or questions about your categories please call AMS.

You may also choose [Notes] on the View Reservation Screen .
