Template File Menu

 

This screen allows you to:

Create, modify or delete a template.

Before you begin:

Choose the Template File option from the File Maintenance Menu.

Templates may be used when entering work orders, for pending check entries and for payments received.  Choose which type of template to work

Pending check templates allow you to define and use processes that automate portions of pending check entries.  Repeat entries in the check system, such as a monthly bill, can be simplified by creating and running a check template.

[Payments Received Template File]:

Payments received templates allow you to define and use processes that automate portions of reservation payments, credits or debits.  Payments received templates can be used to setup debit/credit transactions that allow non-accounting personnel to perform reversing/credit entries.  Payment templates can assist in the posting of standard payments.  Two levels of template usage is available.  Repeating templates allowing you to post an entry to multiple reservations while remaining in the template and individual one-time template usage, used to post one entry to one reservation.  Use payment templates via the payments received option on the Reservations Menu.
