Use the travel insurance reports to view insurance information for in-house purposes or to report information to the insurance company. The information included is listed below. The Travel Insurance Not Paid Report may be printed first using the "Print" button and a cut off date. These reports can be printed or displayed on the screen. An output file can be created to send via e-mail to any one of our travel insurance partners.
Preliminary Report can be printed or displayed to screen. It will show the following information:
Resv #: The reservation number is listed.
Arrival: This is the date of arrival for the reservation
Departure: This is the date of departure for the reservation.
Date Made: This is the date of booking.
Amount Insured: This is the total amount insured.
Premium Amount: This is the amount that should be paid by the guest.
Due to Insurance Co: This is the amount due the Insurance Company.
