Reporting reservations that are arriving within a requested range of dates that have a balance and or their guest license agreement has not been returned.
This report is found on the Reservation Reports menu. There are two reports that can be printed using the Unconfirmed reservation listing option, a summary report and individual letters. Only reservations that owe a balance or have not returned their guest license agreement will print on the summary depending on the options you choose.
Enter a beginning and ending date for the report. If you want reservations included that have not been paid choose “Yes”. If you want to include reservations regardless if they are paid or not choose “No”. If you want to include reservations that have not returned the Guest License Agreement choose “Yes”. If you do not care about the Guest Licenses, choose “No”. The reconciliation of the guest license agreement is optional, you can just report on reservations that owe you money. The summary report will print one line for each reservation that qualified to be on the report. See Also Unconfirmed Reservation Letter.
