This screen allows you to:
Create a report of which units are using which rates. The report can be printed or viewed.
Before you begin:
Go to the Reports Main Menu and choose Unit Reports. Select the Unit Rate Record Usage Report.

Choose a year to print or [All]:
You may select one of the years you are tracking or click the [All] button to see the rate records of all three years you are tracking.
[Select] a rate or choose [All]:
You may choose a rate from the select list to see what rates that one unit is using or click the [All] button to see the rates on your report and what units are using them.
Seasons to print [All] or [Range]:
You may print the rates for all your seasons or only print rates for a specified time period by choosing [Range]. The [Range] button will then prompt you to enter the first date and the last date of your range using the mm/dd format.
What to show, [Unit rate], [Resv fee] or [Both]:
This option allows you to separate the unit rate from the embedded reservation fee.
