Unit Transaction Listing

This Screen Allows you to:

Create a  Unit Transaction Listing Report including a list of transactions per date of entry for one or more units.  Transactions for units/owners in RMS can be credits, payments from the owner, miscellaneous charges or work orders.

 

Beginning date:

Enter the first date of transactions you want to include.  This is the entry date or the date you keyed in when entering the transaction.

 

Ending date:

Enter the last date of transactions you want to include on the report.

 

Units to Include:

Select all units or specify which units transactions to include.

 

Credits:

Choose Yes to include this type of transaction on the report.

Choose No to filter out this type of transaction from the report.

 

Payments:

Choose Yes to include this type of transaction on the report.

Choose No to filter out this type of transaction from the report.

 

Miscellaneous Charges:

Choose Yes to include this type of transaction on the report.

Choose No to filter out this type of transaction from the report.

 

Work Orders

Choose Yes to include this type of transaction on the report.

Choose No to filter out this type of transaction from the report.

 

Include Archive:

Choose Yes to include this type of transaction on the report.

Choose No to filter out this type of transaction from the report.

 

Exit or Continue:

Choose Exit to leave the screen and return to the Accounts Report Menu

Choose Continue to run the listing report with the options selected.
