Use Archived work order file

 

Before you begin:

Choose Maintenance from the RMS Main Menu.  From the first screen in the Maintenance System choose the File Menu from the menu bar and select the Use Archived work order file option.  The archived work order file is the file where archived reservations may be viewed after they have been archived using the Archive Maintenance Work Orders utility on the RMS Utilities menu on the RMS Main menu.  Only archived maintenance work orders may be viewed after you select this file.  You must select another file from the file menu if you do not want to work with archived work orders.  The file you are working with will be displayed in the blue title bar at the top of the first screen in the maintenance system.
