Before you begin:
Choose Maintenance from the RMS Main Menu. From the first screen in the Maintenance System choose the File Menu from the menu bar and select the Use History work order file option. The History work order file is the file where archived reservations that have been moved into the history file may be viewed. They have been moved from the archive file to the history file using the Work order History Archives utility on the Utilities menu of the RMS Main menu. Only archived maintenance work orders that have been moved to the History file may be viewed after you select this file. You must select another file from the file menu if you do not want to work with this one. The file you are working with will be displayed in the blue title bar at the top of the first screen in the maintenance system.
