User Information

This screen allows you to:

Add, change or delete a User ID code.

Before you begin:

Choose the File Maintenance option from the Main Menu, and choose the Control File option. Then choose the User Information option.

Many of the options on this should only be used if you are being assisted by Advanced Management Systems.  You should not modify the items described as ‘This should not be changed.’  These items are reserved and are located here so Advanced Management Systems can access this information if needed.

Do not delete a user unless you are sure you do not need the user.

The easiest way to create a new user is by copying an existing user and then modifying the user.

You may want to seek assistance from Advanced Management Systems before using this screen.
