Vendor or Owner Forgets Password to Portal

 

An error will occur if a vendor or owner tries to login without a password.  If a Vendor or Owner forgets their password and enters the incorrect password a forgot password   option becomes available.

 

Once this option is clicked the user will be prompted to answer the secret question associated with their login.  When this is answered correctly the pw gets reset and emailed to the e-mail address on file.  The user can go to their email to retrieve the temporary password.  They will be prompted to change their password when they login with the temporary password.
