Before you begin:
This screen is automatically displayed when a unit is selected.
Upon entry to this screen, notes for the unit selected may be automatically displayed. This automatic display of unit critical notes is controlled by settings in the control file. Refer to the Control File Screen, Notes Information Topic on automatic display of unit notes. Refer to the Reservation Notes or Concepts Topics for additional information on Notes.

Unit Number:
The unit number selected.
Owner number:
The owner number assigned to the selected unit.
Property address:
The property address of unit selected.
Telephone number:
The telephone number of unit selected.
Type:
Type refers to physical structure of unit selected, i.e.. home, villa, condo.
Level:
The physical floor of unit the selected.
Deck:
If the selected unit has a deck a ‘Y’ will be displayed if it does not a ‘N’ will be displayed.
Porch:
If the selected unit has a porch a ‘Y’ will be displayed, if it does not a ‘N’ will be displayed.
Sleeper sofa:
If the selected unit has a sleeper sofa a ‘Y’ will be displayed, if it does not a ‘N’ will be displayed or if there is more than one sleeper sofa the number of sofas will be displayed.
Sleeping accom:
The sleeping accommodations for selected unit. Standard codes are K=king, Q=queen, D=double, T=twin. You may wish to check with your supervisor regarding codes used by your company.
Section:
The section of the unit selected.
Location:
The location of unit selected.
View:
The view of unit selected.
Number of bedrooms:
The actual number of bedrooms in the unit selected.
Bedroom status:
The bedroom status denotes when a unit may be rented using the lower bedroom rental rate. You may wish to check with your supervisor regarding codes used by your company.
Number of bathrooms:
The number of bathrooms for selected unit.
Will accept package:
If the unit selected will accept a package, a ‘Y’ will be displayed else an ‘N’ will be displayed.
Package status:
Package status denotes when a package may be used for the selected unit. You may wish to check with your supervisor regarding codes used by your company.
Max number in party:
The maximum number of people allowed to occupy this unit.
User Distance One:
The first user defined distance for the unit selected.
User Distance Two:
The second user defined distance for the unit selected.
Weekly rate:
The rental rate charged per week for the selected unit for the season the arrival date falls into.
Weekly LB rate:
The rental rate charged per week when renting at the lower bedroom rate for selected unit for the season based on the arrival date.
Daily rate:
The rental rate charged per night for selected unit for the arrival date season.
Daily LB rate:
The rental rate charged per night when renting at the lower bedroom rate for selected unit for the selected season based on the arrival date.
Security deposit:
The amount of the security deposit required for the selected unit.
Cleaning Charge:
The amount charged for cleaning the selected unit.
MSC features:
Miscellaneous features about the selected unit.
Description:
Special description of the selected unit.
Comment:
Internal comment regarding the selected unit. This information is generally used internally and is not disclosed to the guest.
Buttons:
[Exit]:
Exit the reservation booking process.
[Continue]:
Continue with the reservation in the selected unit.
[New Unit]:
Presents the Select List of matching units so the operator can select a different unit.
[Mail Entry]:
Captures mail information without booking the unit for this reservation.
[Unit Notes]:
You can access any notes for this unit by selecting the Unit Notes option above the prompt line (press [Esc]). Any critical notes for this unit, with categories matching those defined in the control file for this event, will be displayed automatically. You may use your movement keys to view the notes, press <Enter> or [Esc] to exit the note display. Refer to the Notes or Concepts topics for additional information on Notes.
