This screen allows you to:

Before you begin:
Choose the Reports option from the Main Menu.
All options on this menu are sub-menus and will display many report options.
The report options are only briefly discussed in this chapter. More detailed explanation of the report prompts are in the Reports section, refer to this section of your RMS Help Files for additional information.

Allows you to select a reservation report. Reservation reports include the Non-processed reports or batch reporting, Status Report, Owner Notification, Reservation Booked Confirmation, Reservation Deposit Paid Confirmation, License Agreement, Final Instructions Letter, Prior and After Reservation Memos, Master Schedule, Arrival and Departure Listings, Print Labels, Current and Daily Reservation Reports, Sales Agent Contact Report, Unconfirmed Reservation Listing, Confirmation of Payments Received, Reservation Payments Report, Reservation Disbursed Payments Distribution Report, Deposit Checks Not Received Report, and Tee Time Reports.
Cleaning and Equipment Reports:
Allows you to select a cleaning or equipment report. Cleaning and equipment reports include Cleaning Work Orders both summary and detail, Mid-Rental Cleaning Report both summary and detail, Linen/Supplies/Labor Report, Cleaning Cost Report, Equipment Work Orders and the Equipment Rental Listing.
Allows you to select a unit report. The unit reports include the Master Schedule Property Listing, Unit Nights Booked Report, Unit Listing, Characteristics Listing, Package Listing, and Amenities Listing.
Allows you to select an owner report. The owner reports include the Owner Listing, Owner Memo/Labels, Owner Reservation Listing, Owner Statements, the Finalize Statements and Print Checks option, Unit to Date Totals and Annual 1099 Report.
Allows you to select a management report. The management reports include the Commission Report, Advertising Report, Sales Tax Report, Check Register, Chart of Accounts Listing, Mailing List Report and the Unit Gross Rental Report.
E-mails are generated for some reservation reports, which may include a letter written by the rental manager and reservation information from the booking in RMS.
These items reflect data from fields in your RMS. They can be inserted into Custom Reports and User designed letters to output the information requested.
The Custom Reports include Maintain a Select Report and Run a Select Report that prints or displays a report that has already been created.
