This screen allows you to:

Before you begin:
Choose the Reservations option from the Main Menu on the top tool bar or the side bar.
Make a selection from the dropdown sub-menu or from the Navigation Menu by choosing an icon.

Allows you to search for units that are available for a requested range of dates. Your request may specify the number of bedrooms, whether a package is needed, a desired section, a desired location and any of the six user defined search fields. Once a unit is found you may proceed into making a reservation. Only type ‘A’ reservations are made using this option. The ability to view an existing reservation is also available within this option.
Allows you to book a reservation for a requested range of dates into a specific unit. Owner reservations (type ‘B’, ‘C’, ‘CY’ and ‘D’) are booked using this option. Type ‘A’ reservations can also be booked using this option. The ability to view an existing reservation and create a mailing list entry is also available within this option.
Reservation Change or Cancel :
Allows you to cancel a reservation, change a reservation’s arrival and/or departure dates and/or change a reservation into a different unit. The ability to view an existing reservation and create a mailing list entry is also available within this option.
Allows you to access the Reservation Maintenance sub-menu. This menu allows you to make minor miscellaneous changes to reservations such as the address, phones and descriptions. You may also change the non-processed reports to print during the non-processed reporting procedure, reconcile guest license agreements, post cleaning charges, and change credit card discount amounts. You may also make a note that the travel agent has withheld their commission payment, change the sales agent assigned to a reservation, make a reservation complimentary and maintain reservation notes.
Allows you to view an existing reservation and its status. You may also view a cancelled reservation or an old reservation that is archived.
Can be used to view existing reservation, book reservations and change reservations. Many filtering options are available.
Can be used to view existing reservation, book reservations and change reservations. You may view 3 years of unit availability.
Allows you to access the Long Term Rental sub-menu. This menu allows you to enter tenant information, book long term reservations, print a list of current tenants, print the Tenant Amount Due Listing report and print a user defined letter to all tenants.
Allows you to make a unit unavailable to be rented for the desired dates.
Allows you to order equipment rentals for existing reservations. This option also allows you to view or modify previous entries.
Allows you to post any type of previously established charge to a reservation. This option also allows you to view or modify previous entries.
Allows you to post payments that have been received for a reservation. Payments can be cash, check or credit card. This option also allows you to post debits or credits to a reservation.
Allows you to change the cleaning status of a unit, view all units with a selected cleaning status and assign a cleaning crew to dirty units. The basic cleaning statuses of a unit are clean, occupied, dirty or unavailable. It is not required that this option be used.
