This screen allows you to:

Change Reservation Information
Allows you to change the ad source, check-in time, checkout time, mode of transportation, special description or the two user defined reservation fields. You will be prompted for the reservation to change. You must use the mailing list file to change a reservation name, address or telephone number. You can only add additional names or remove existing names to a reservation in the mail file.
Change Reservation Owner Statement Print Status
Allows you to put a reservation on "Hold" so that it will not print on the owner statement.
Allows you to view and edit the reports scheduled to print during the Non-Processed function that is discussed in detail in the Reports chapter and the Concepts chapter.
Allows you to reconcile Guest Licenses that have been received. This option is normally used only if you print the Guest License Agreement and would like the system to report to you the reservations that have not returned their agreement. It is not required that this option be used.
Allows you to change or zero the reservation cleaning amount charged to the owner on the owner statement. This option can not change a cleaning fee charged to a reservation (modify or delete the charge using the Other Charges option on the Reservations Menu).
Change Credit Card Discount Amount
Allows you to change or zero the credit card discount amount that will be charged to the owner.
Extend Check Deposit Grace Period
djust the process date for a check with the extend check deposit grace period option.
Add/Change/Delete Security Deposit
This screen allows you to adjust the security deposit on a reservation or delete it without having to make any other changes to the reservation.
Allows you to record and account for a travel agent withholding their referral fee from the payment sent in for the reservation. The system will credit the reservation for the amount of the travel agent commission and the travel agent will not receive a referral check. This option is only available for reservations that were secured by a travel agent.
Allows you to change the sales agent that has been assigned to the reservation.
Make Reservation Complimentary
Allows you to mark ‘A’ status reservations as being complimentary. This option does not change the amount the reservation owes you. Complimentary means that the owner of the unit has allowed you to use the unit and expects no income for its usage. The owner’s statement will not print any detail for the reservation and will not provide the owner with any income from the reservation. The net income for the reservation (if any) will be posted into the complimentary reservation general ledger account during the finalize statements process.
Assign Sales Agents to Reservations
Allows you to attach a sales agent name automatically to number of reservations within a time period.
This screen allows you to assign a cleaning vendor per the reservation. You may also use the unit vendor assignment which is made in the Unit Inventory File. It is not required that this option be used.
Allows you to add, change, delete, view or reconcile notes for a reservation. This option is explained in the Notes section of the Files Menu in this chapter and in the Concepts chapter.
Golf Maintenance (when applicable)
This option allows you to make changes in your golf course contacts, book and view tee times, run a golf change report and reconcile tee time request forms.
This option allows you to view or remove the status of an already booked reservation from early arrival or late departure. This is a REMOVE only option.
This option allows you to view the guest list or add a name to a reservation, delete a name or change the name from secondary to primary.
Exit
Allows you to exit this menu and return to the Reservation Menu.
